主要以氟代羟基磷灰石(FHA)悬浮液为原料,采用悬浮液等离子喷涂技术,在钛基体表面制备了FHA涂层。通过XRD,SEM,FT-IR以及XPS等测试手段,对不同喷涂功率制备的FHA涂层进行表征,并测试其性能。结果表明,粉体及制备的涂层主要晶相为HA,但是粉体进入等离子火焰形成涂层的过程中发生分解,生成α-磷酸钙(α-TCP),β-磷酸钙(β-TCP),以及磷酸四钙(TTCP)等分解产物。XPS结果证明F离子成功取代了OH基团进入HA晶格中,导致FHA涂层的抗溶解性明显提高。电化学实验结果表明,随着喷涂功率的增加,涂层的抗腐蚀性能提高。 相似文献

High‐temperature raw coke oven gas (COG) is a promising fuel for use in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) because it is rich in both hydrogen (55%‐60%) and methane (23%‐27%). However, the tar present in COG limits its ability to directly generate power using state‐of‐art SOFCs because the presence of tar limits the cell's performance and stability. In this work, a strategy is presented in the attempt to reduce the influence of tar on SOFCs by applying a La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 catalyst as a protective layer for the cell. The results showed that 44‐g Nm?3 toluene had a profoundly negative effect on the performance of a conventional cell, which showed severely reduced performance after only 1.4 hours of exposure to toluene‐contaminated hydrogen. In contrast, the catalyst‐modified cell showed good stability for at least 110 hours under the same conditions. This work provides a promising route to directly utilize raw COG as an SOFC fuel that is also suitable for biosyngas. 相似文献

The strong hydrophilic properties of both sub-bituminous coal and kaolinite make it difficult to separate by direct flotation. In this paper, the removal of kaolinite from fine sub-bituminous coal was investigated by reverse flotation tests using N, N-dimethyl dodecyl amine (DRN12) as a kaolinite collector. In addition, the adsorption behavior of DRN12 on coal and kaolinite surfaces was also studied to explore its interaction mechanism The experimental results showed that the beneficiation of kaolinite from the raw coal was effective only in the acid pulp with DRN12 less than 1.5kg/t. Moreover, in acid solutions, DRN12 preferentially adsorbs on kaolinite surface by electrostatic force, and the adsorption capacity of DRN12 on kaolinite surface was much higher than on coal, which caused an increase of kaolinite hydrophobicity and floatability. 相似文献

This study aims to investigate chitosan (CS) with five different molecular weight (Mw) on freeze–thaw stability of Arenga pinnata starch (APS) gel subjected to five freeze–thaw cycles (FTC). The syneresis of APS gels was reduced by adding CS and the APS gel with high Mw CS had lower syneresis duo to a higher water holding capacity (P < 0.05). The addition of CS significantly decreased the hardness and molecular ordered structure of APS gel. In addition, CS could improve the microstructural stability. The results suggested that CS could effectively improve the freeze–thaw stability of APS gel, and CS with higher Mw might have more practical utility to improve stability of APS gel. 相似文献

Waste sugar solution (WSS), a waste by-product of manufacturing vitamin C, contains abundant waste acids and organics. In this work, a N/O-enriched copolymer was synthesized via a facile polymerization via the hydrogen bonding of O-containing functional groups and melamine and the crosslinking of aldehyde groups. Subsequently, N-doped carbon spheres were prepared by a typical carbonation/activation method. Remarkably, benefiting from an ultrahigh specific surface area (3612 m2/g) and rich heteroatom content (4.3% for N, 8.8% for O), the carbon spheres deliver a high specific capacitance of 387 F/g at 50 mA/g and 283 F/g at 5 A/g with 6 M KOH in two-electrode system. The assembled symmetric electric double-layer capacitor exhibits high energy density of 10.83 Wh/kg at 11.10 W/kg. This research provides a facile method for preparing N/O-doped carbon spheres by WSS, and confirms the excellent electrochemical performance of WSS-derived carbons in energy storage applications. 相似文献
